OVERVIEW

Geared towards beginner, intermediate, advance level players ages 5-15 Instruction is offered from our skilled trainers who have coaching or playing experience on the AAU, High School, College, or Pro level.

PT are tailored and created to work on participants most desired weaknesses until them become strengths and strengths until them become automatic.


What to Bring: Functional Basketball Sneakers, Water Bottle, Light Snack (no peanut based products), Extra t-shirt

Availability: Please email (info@breakawayhoops.com) for available dates.

*Non basketball glasses are not to be worn at any point on the basketball court.

Orientatation: Takes place on the fist day of clinics, 15 minutes prior to start time.

Uniform: Breakaway Hoops reversible jerseys are given to each new participant.

Geared Towards

All levels of fitness for Females and Males Ages 5-15, seeking:

-To start or maintain an active and healthy lifestyle

-To lose weight

-Gain and/or maintain general body strength

-Gain and/or maintain mental and physical discipline and focus

 

Curriculum

• Aerobic and Plyometrics exercises

• Intensity of Aerobic and Plyometric exercises increase weekly

• Competitive individual and team games via aerobic exercises

• Life Skills mentorship

 

Members will

-Gain Discipline and Focus

-Gain Stamina, Agility, Strength

-Improve Communication Skills

-Learn teamwork and fair play
