OVERVIEW
For beginner, intermediate, advance level players seeking to have fun and sharpen their basketball games
Focus on all functions of the game: shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, defense, communication, teamwork, fitness
For Females & Males ages 7-15
Campers are broken into the following age groups: 7-9, 10-12, 13-15 and on Skill Level.
Campers are taught by former or current professional players, college players, or high school or AAU coaches along with assistant coaches
Coach to player ratio: 1 to 15
CAMP DESCRIPTION
FASTBREAK CAMP:
Campers will work on overall drills and skills development (shooting, passing, dribbling, defense, and communication skills). This session will focus on more gameplay and competition in different situational settings of the game including both half and full court. Campers will continuously gain more confidence in playing competitively.
SHOOTING CAMP:
Campers will develop the skill necessary to become a knock-down specialist. This session will focus on shooting fundamentals and form. Campers will master a number of different types of shots including shooting off the dribble, jump shots, set shots, etc. Of course, other court skills such as ball handling will be taught.
FUNdamentals CAMP:
Campers will work on ball handling, shooting, rebounding, passing, attacking the basket, and defense. An emphasis is placed on gameplay situational training.
