OVERVIEW

Weekend Fundamental Clinics focuses on the FUNDAMENTALS functions of the game: shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and cross fitness training.

The program is for beginners and intermediate level players with minimal playing experience seeking to learn the fundamentals of the game.

For Females & Males ages 5-16.

STRUCTURE OF WEEKEND FUNDAMENTAL CLINICS

The program is for 60 minutes.

  • 10 Minutes-Stretching/ Warm Up
  • 50 Minutes-Fundamental Skill Work (Shooting, Dribbling, Passing,  Defense, and Cross Fitness Training)
  • DISMISSAL
